Daily mopping keeps a floor clean, but it doesn't keep it protected. Foot traffic grinds grit into the finish, and over months the shine wears down to bare tile that stains easily and looks tired no matter how often it's mopped.
A floor care plan layers three services. Daily or nightly cleaning removes grit. Periodic machine scrubbing and burnishing restore the finish in traffic lanes. And a full strip and wax, typically once or twice a year, resets the floor completely.
Tile and grout need their own attention. Grout is porous and holds onto dirt that mops just spread around; deep cleaning with the right equipment pulls it out and brings back the original color.
Planned floor care costs less than emergency restoration, and it's done after hours so the finish can cure undisturbed. Your floors are one of the first things customers notice. Treat them like it.
